This hotel was wonderful, we left wishing we had more time. The check in process was quite personal with a welcome beverage and tour and the staff put in the wood fire place (with marshmallows) for us to cozy up next too while we checked in and later in the evening set us up with a table next to the wood fire to have our take away dinner at the hotel. The service was phenomenal, the room was cozy, the bath was heaven and the grounds were stunning and communal rooms were great to sit and relax or play games. We booked last minute after a horrible experience at another hotel and were just blown away. We had the best, quiet and comfortable night sleep. We will be back, it's such a gem for Hobart.

Location, hotel’s interior 、exterior and the staff are all perfect. We stayed at here for one night, the staff was so friendly, he explained all the information clearly. When we are waiting for the check in process, he served us a cup of hot tea, it was really sweet and warm especially in this cold winter. The room prices also included a range of meals and drinks for the breakfast, it is definitely valuable. Highly recommend people come to stay, such a beautiful place, you can relax your mind all the time.

Big thank you especially to the staff, never have I experienced such lovely staff at a hotel who go so out of their way to make visitors feel welcome and catered to. My partner and I will definitely return here on our next trip here and we will highly recommend this hotel to family & friends who plan to visit Tasmania.

Food is amazing (we had breakfast daily), the gardens were so lovely, and there’s plenty of space to sit and relax outside of your room. It was so peaceful and quiet. The location is very central close to the main city, parks, and well known places. There is also private parking available.
